• Payment is finalized at the time the product order is placed.

• Bank Transfer: Please transfer payment to the designated account within 3 days of placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not confirmed within this period.

Timing of Product Delivery:

• For In-Stock / Ready-Made Items: If no specific delivery date is requested, items will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after payment is confirmed (or after the order is confirmed for credit card payments).

• For Custom-Ordered / Out-of-Stock Items: We will contact you by email with the delivery schedule after your order has been confirmed.

Regarding Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations:

1. Returns or Exchanges for Personal Reasons: Due to the unique nature of our works, as a general rule, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for personal reasons once an order has been finalized. We kindly ask for your understanding before placing an order.

2. Returns or Exchanges Due to Company Error (e.g., Defective or Incorrect Items): We take the utmost care in quality control. However, in the unlikely event you receive a "defective item" or an "item different from your order," please contact us by email within 2 days of arrival with details, including photos of the item in the state it was received. After reviewing the details, we will arrange the appropriate procedure and cover the shipping costs. (Please note that as many of our works are one-of-a-kind, an exchange may be difficult depending on the item.) Please be aware that we may be unable to assist if an item is returned without prior contact, or if you contact us more than 2 days after the item's arrival.

3. Regarding Refunds: A refund will be issued only if the case falls under section 2 above and an exchange is not possible. After we confirm receipt of the returned item, the refund will be transferred to your designated bank account within 5 business days. For credit card payments, we will process a reversal of the transaction; if a reversal is not possible, we will transfer the refund to your bank account. Please note that due to payment system processing, it may take some time for the refund to be completed.

4. Regarding Order Cancellations: For bank transfers, we may cancel your order if payment is not confirmed within 3 days. For custom-ordered items, we will require an initial deposit based on the item's estimate. Please note that cancellations are not accepted after an order has been finalized.

5. Regarding Malicious Acts: If we confirm any malicious acts, including but not limited to product swapping, intentional damage, or refusal of delivery, we will claim the actual costs incurred (such as round-trip shipping, handling fees, and the product price). We will also consider filing a report with the appropriate police authorities and taking legal action.
