Emgeen Incorporation. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") hereby establishes the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of customers' personal information in the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided on the website "http://www.aarushi.shop" (hereinafter referred to as "the Site") operated by the Company.

(2) When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to a merger or other reasons. If the Company receives a request from the customer as described in the preceding paragraph and deems it necessary to respond to the request, the Company shall make the Correction, etc., of the said personal information without delay.
The Company will notify the customer without delay when it has made or decided not to make a disclosure, Correction, etc., based on the provisions of the preceding three paragraphs.
The customer may request the Company to provide a notice of the purpose of use, to suspend or erase the use of, or to stop the provision to third parties of their personal information held by the Company. Upon receiving such a request, the Company will respond appropriately in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act.
