Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can provide our services smoothly to all customers, we have established the following policy regarding appointment changes and cancellations. We kindly ask that you be sure to review these terms when making a reservation. 1. Regarding Appointment Changes and Cancellations Cancellations made within 48 hours from the time the reservation was completed will not incur a cancellation fee. If you wish to cancel, please complete the procedure yourself using one of the following methods: Cancellation Method: You can process the cancellation from your booking history on your My Page, or you can contact us by email. Regarding Cancellation Fees We regret to inform you that in the following cases, a cancellation fee of JPY 11,000 (tax included) will be charged: If you cancel on the day before or the day of your scheduled appointment. If you do not arrive for your appointment without any prior notice (i.e., a no-show). Please note: If you are unable to attend due to unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters, major transportation disruptions, etc.), please consult with us as soon as possible. We will provide separate information regarding the payment method for the cancellation fee. 3. Regarding Cancellations by the Company We may need to cancel your appointment due to unavoidable circumstances, such as a natural disaster or the sudden illness of our staff. In such cases, we will contact you promptly and will either reschedule your appointment for an alternative date or provide a full refund. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all our customers.
