Due to the unique nature of the items we handle, we do not accept any returns or exchanges for personal reasons.
Furthermore, to prevent fraudulent product swapping and to ensure a safe experience for all customers, we strictly refuse all returns or exchanges after an item has been shipped, for any reason whatsoever (including reasons such as "the item is different from my mental image" or "the size does not fit").
We implore you to thoroughly check all product information (size, material, color, etc.) before finalizing your order. In the unlikely event that an initial defect is found in the product, we will handle it separately. Please contact us within [2 days] of the item's arrival.

Regarding Long-Term Absence or Refusal of Delivery:
If you are not home at the time of delivery, please be sure to contact the respective carrier's office listed on the non-delivery notice directly within 5 days. The customer is responsible for ensuring the package is collected.
In the event the package is not collected within the carrier's holding period, it will be returned to our shop.
