The "slice diamond," also known as polki in India, is actually one of the oldest forms of cut diamonds and originated in India long before Western cutting methods were seen.

It is also called a no-cut diamond because it is flat on both sides and can be mounted on either side.

The rough shape of the rough stone determines the shape of the sliced diamond, which is then polished one by one by skilled craftsmen.

The slice diamond is cut as it was mined, so you can see various natural inclusions that are not found in man-made diamonds.

The brilliance of a sliced diamond is softer than that of a conventional diamond, and its expression varies depending on the angle and light, making it easy to wear regardless of the place or occasion✨.
